By actively trading on Merlin, you earn rewards. For every trade you make, a portion of the fee flows back to your reward balance as cashback. The cashback rate depends on your tier — the higher your tier, the bigger the percentage you keep. Your tier climbs as your total trading volume on Merlin grows. Referring friends to Merlin is another way to earn. When a friend signs up and starts trading through your link, you earn a commission on their trading fees. And when that referral invites someone else onto Merlin, you earn on their activity too. There are three referral tiers:
