Merlin lets you view Polymarket events and markets directly in Telegram. Paste any Polymarket URL into the chat to get started.

Viewing an Event

An event is a collection of related markets (e.g., β€œ2024 Presidential Election” might contain markets for each candidate). When you open an event, Merlin shows:
  • Event title
  • 24h Volume and Liquidity
  • Expiration date (if set)
  • Current Markets β€” a list of all open markets within the event, sorted by price
Each market in the list includes a Trade link that opens the individual market view.
If an event has only one open market, Merlin skips the event view and shows the market directly.

Viewing a Market

A market is a single prediction question with two outcomes (e.g., β€œWill Bitcoin reach $100k by 2025?” β€” Yes/No). The market view shows:
  • Market question
  • Outcome prices (e.g., β€œYes 45c / No 55c”)
  • 24h Volume and Liquidity
  • Time remaining or expiration date
  • Probability bar β€” a visual representation of the current price
  • Your cash balance

How to Open a Market

Paste a URL

Copy any Polymarket link and paste it directly into the Merlin chat:
  • Event URL: polymarket.com/event/event-slug
  • Market URL: polymarket.com/event/event-slug/market-slug
Merlin will display the event or market with a photo preview. Markets can be shared as Telegram deeplinks. When someone shares a Merlin market link, tapping it opens the market directly in the bot.

From Positions

Navigate to Positions from the main menu, then tap into any position to see the market details and trade buttons.
Merlin currently supports markets with up to 2 outcomes (e.g., Yes/No). Markets with more outcomes will show an β€œunsupported market” message.
